Job summary

A leading IT & Security services provider in Greater London is seeking a Client Solutions Specialist to provide technical support and delivery for clients. The role involves attending client sites, managing large datasets, and supporting smartcard personalisation activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in Central Government environments, and must be a UK resident for at least 5 years. This position supports hybrid working arrangements with travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Attend client sites to supervise and carry out commissioning activities.
• Support the Client Solutions Lead in overseeing smartcard personalisation activities.
• Manage and process large client data sets accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs.

Skills

Strong aptitude for technology

Proficiency in processing large data sets using Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with database management

Excellent communication skills

Experience in configuring physical access control systems
