Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for referring agencies.

• Stay updated on benefit system legislation.
• Support service users in managing finances and maximising income.
• Ensure compliance with licence agreements.
• Respond to unmet conditions safely.
• Ensure building security and monitor CCTV.
• Provide first aid as required.
• Manage occupancy of service users nightly.
• Encourage service user involvement in service development.
• Organise and promote creative activities.
