You will be responsible for influencing commercial decisions while optimising the group’s tax position. In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing the Group’s tax obligations and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. Operating as our in‑house corporate tax expert, you will support commercial and strategic decision‑making while safeguarding the Group’s tax position.
You will set Group’s tax, ensuring compliance, risk management and good governance across all taxes, influencing commercial and strategic decision‑making while safeguarding and optimising the Group’s tax position.
Working closely with the CFO, Finance, Legal and operational stakeholders, you will lead the tax function, manage risk, optimise efficiency and ensure robust governance. Reporting at executive level, this role offers significant influence within a dynamic, multi-entity environment and the opportunity to shape strategic projects.
You will be a Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) or Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with extensive leadership experience and will have:
