You will be responsible for achieving and maintainingCQC registration, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and building a strong care team from the ground up.
A strong working knowledge of adult social care and the requirements of the Care Quality Commission to oversee the delivery of high-quality home care is essential.
Purpose of the role
To oversee the day-to-day delivery of high-quality homecare services promoting respect, equality and the independence of the people using our service and providing support and leadership to the care staff. The Registered Manager is directly accountable to Head of Care and to the Care Quality Commission.

Accountable to: Nominated Individual and Country Manager
