Job summary

A leading real estate services firm is seeking an experienced Plumber for their Bournemouth site. You will perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on plumbing systems in a large commercial office environment. Ideal candidates will have a City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in plumbing, along with experience in commercial settings. Qualifications

• Experience with large commercial site plumbing systems.
• Basic Mechanical experience/knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Supervisory experience for future development.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety.
• Respond effectively to mechanical & plumbing related maintenance issues.
