A leading real estate services provider is seeking a Plumber for their site in Bournemouth. You will carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and respond to mechanical and plumbing issues in a large commercial office. The ideal candidate will have experience with large plumbing systems and relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds and NVQ L2. • Experience with large commercial site plumbing systems.
• Experience with a variety of plumbing & mechanical equipment.
• Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• Respond to mechanical & plumbing related issues.
• Coordinate visiting specialist sub-contractors.
• Assist other trades as necessary.
