  • Support with Line 2 oversight of 3rd parties as per SYSC8 outsourcing requirements, including the likes of loan originator partners, deposits aggregator platforms and other relevant third parties providing services to GB Bank.

  • Provide advice and guidance to Line 1 colleagues in relation to complex CDD onboarding queries and customers presenting higher financial crime risks to the bank.

  • Conduct horizon scanning for regulatory change and maintain a view of industry best practice.

  • Provide fraud subject‑matter expertise to support the enhancement of the bank’s fraud management capabilities.

A bit about you – You are/have:

  • Extensive experience of operating in a commercial lending environment.

  • Exceptional administration and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload and deliver exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.

  • You’re driven by quality, accuracy and pace and have a strong desire to exceed expectations.

  • Able to build strong relationships by truly understanding what people need and by fulfilling your promises and keeping our values close to the way you work.

  • Experience with dealing with legal and valuation professionals to instruct due diligence work on behalf of the Bank.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into meaningful information on broker performance and discuss this with stakeholders to improve our panel broker performance.

What we can offer you:
