Learn more about what sets us apart .**About The Role*** Prepare, verify, and submit CLAF documentation, ensuring all attachments are complete and accurate (amounts, dates, SSM, SST, layout plans, IC copies, CTOS, merchandise photos, etc.).* Maintain daily tracking of pending CLAFs, payments, permits, and proactively follow up on approvals without reliance on reminders.* Ensure full work permit compliance, including verification of tenant and contractor documents, submission timelines, payment validation, and issuance of approved permits prior to any setup works.* Prepare and submit monthly asset reports accurately within the first week of each month.* Plan, coordinate, and execute mall-wide marketing campaigns, festive promotions, CSR initiatives, and community engagement program.* Handle and oversee on-ground event operations including event setup, vendor coordination, tenant participation, event flow control, compliance with mall SOPs, and dismantling activities.* Coordinate and engage tenants for joint promotions, social media, festive participation, contests, and marketing activations; ensure tenants comply with mall marketing and operational guidelines.* Manage mall social media platforms by executing the approved weekly content calendar, ensuring all content is accurate, grammatically correct, and aligned with brand guidelines.* Develop creative content, storyboards, and design requirements for campaigns, ensuring originality, research-based execution, and submission of first drafts within required timelines.* Coordinate quotations, ARs, PRs, purchase orders, and payment-related documentation in a timely and accurate manner.* Perform any other marketing-related/Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by management in line with business needsCompetitive salaryPlease note: this is a Direct Search led by Knight Frank.
