Qualifications

• Educated and qualified to at least NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a Spa/Beauty qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year's management experience within a Spa/Beauty environment.
• Experience in link selling and upselling retail products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team to deliver first-class treatments.
• Maximise revenue and encourage repeat business.
• Deliver treatments 50% of the week.
• Be part of the facilities management team.
