We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to support the day‑to‑day execution of marketing initiatives across the Starknet ecosystem. This is a hands‑on, generalist role for someone who is crypto‑native, highly autonomous, and excited to flex across content, campaigns, community moments, and ecosystem coordination.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Lead, who is scaling the Foundation’s marketing function and taking on responsibilities previously handled externally. As a result, this role will evolve; it is ideal for someone who is adaptable, sharp, and eager to grow alongside a fast‑moving web3 organization.

This is a remote role and does not require UK residence. However, it is best suited for someone highly flexible and based in/willing to work European timezone hours, to enable close collaboration and real‑time execution with the broader team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to support the day‑to‑day execution of marketing initiatives across the Starknet ecosystem. This is a hands‑on, generalist role for someone who is crypto‑native, highly autonomous, and excited to flex across content, campaigns, community moments, and ecosystem coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in ideating and coordinating campaigns to bring more visibility to programs run by internal teams like Growth, Ecosystem

• Organize marketing calendar and timelines depending on internal priorities and external requests

• Develop and coordinate marketing content such as social posts, blog drafts, announcements, and campaign assets.

• Help organize and execute community‑facing activities such as Spaces, online events, and ecosystem activations.

• Partner with the Legal team on content reviews, approvals, and compliance with Foundation guidelines.

• Support partner and ecosystem marketing efforts, acting as a reliable point of coordination.

• Stay plugged into crypto, Starknet, and broader web3 narratives to help inform messaging and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in web3 marketing, community, content, or a related role.

• Actively engaged in the crypto ecosystem, with strong intuition for its culture, narratives, and modes of communication.

• Familiarity with community platforms (X, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn) and live formats like Spaces or AMAs.

• Strong written communication skills and good marketing instincts.

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with light direction.

• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting as needs evolve.

• Collaborative and low‑ego, with the ability to work across teams and with external partners.

• Flexible to work across timezones and outside of typical business hours.
