We’re looking for a rising star to serve as Chief of Staff to our VP of Go-To-Market (GTM) and help scale the team's daily operations. This role exists to bring coordination and rigor across GTM, empowering the team to operate effectively at both a strategic and executional level. You’ll work closely with the department Leader and partner across Marketing and adjacent teams (Ecosystem, Growth, Product) to ensure priorities are clear, work is sequenced well, and progress is visible. You will not manage a team directly, but you will play a central role in keeping the GTM system running smoothly.
We understand that a Chief of Staff can mean many things - this role is not an executive apprenticeship or seasoned leadership position. It’s designed for a scrappy, high-potential operator who wants real ownership, thrives in the weeds, and enjoys building clarity, cadence, and momentum inside a growing GTM org.
This is a remote role and does not require UK residence. However, it is best suited for someone highly flexible and based in/willing to work European timezone hours, to enable close collaboration and real-time execution with the broader team.
