Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Implementations, Product, or Customer Success roles.
• Curiosity with a bias for action; capable of anticipating needs and delivering with urgency.
• Strong technical understanding and exposure to building AI Agents.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Agent outcomes for our customers; define metrics and find automation opportunities.
• Oversee the deployment lifecycle of AI Agents from scoping to optimization.
• Design and iterate on AI Agents in partnership with Forward Deployed Engineers.
