The Operations Assistant role supports the day‑to‑day delivery of Powder24’s travel products across our portfolio of brands. Working closely with experienced operations colleagues, this role helps ensure that the systems, logistics, and behind‑the‑scenes details that underpin our holidays run smoothly and efficiently.
This is an entry‑level role, ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organised, systems‑minded, and keen to learn how complex travel operations come together. You will be responsible for executing operational tasks with guidance and support, escalating issues when needed, and contributing to a fast‑moving environment that changes significantly across the year.
Operations at Powder24 span transport, events, staffing, and ancillaries. While the exact focus of the role may vary, the core expectation is the same: to support operational delivery through strong administration, clear communication, and reliable attention to detail.
