An educational organization in Dudley is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support students with complex needs and challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students with special educational needs and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a SEND setting. Responsibilities include supporting learning in class and outdoor activities, writing reports, and communicating with parents. £24,570 - £25,935 | Full Time (37.5 hours/week)
To support teaching and learning by assisting teachers in delivering education and care to pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours. The Teaching Assistant will embody the EPIC values and adhere strictly to the Staff Code of Conduct to create a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment that promotes pupil wellbeing and achievement.
