• Assist on all commercial aspects of the project.
• Monitor contract progress and control costs.
• Prepare and agree interim valuations and final accounts.
• Liaise with customers and third parties on commercial matters.
• Identify and manage commercial risks.

Construction Experience

Sound Commercial Awareness

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Excellent numerical, IT and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in fast moving Environment
