A growing accountancy and advisory firm based in Aldridge is seeking a motivated Resourcer to join its Talent Acquisition team. Qualifications

  • Previous experience of recruitment within the Accounting & Advisory Services sector.
  • Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Write and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen CVs and applications against role requirements.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
  • Manage candidate records accurately within the ATS system.
  • Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers with interview preparation.
  • Support the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and HR processes.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Overall Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Resourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and identifying high-quality candidates across the UK for our growing Accountancy and Advisory Services business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, candidate engagement, and building talent pipelines
