• Practical experience of habitat management like hedging and coppicing.
• Experience of carrying out ecology surveys.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day reserve management including habitat work and wildlife surveys.
• Engage with visitors through guided walks and events.
• Conduct livestock checks and volunteer supervision.

Skills

Experience in nature conservation or land management

Good bird identification skills

Confidence engaging with the public
