Investment Casting Systems Ltd delivers bespoke toolmaking and design engineering solutions to high technology manufacturing sectors including Aerospace, Defence and Investment Casting Foundries.

We are currently seeking an experienced toolmaker to join this well-established company.

Toolmaker Job Overview

• Use of grinders, lathes and other manual machinery
• Use of CNC Milling, Turning and EDM machinery would be preferable
• Support other colleagues and provide guidance where needed
• Complete tool reports and ordering of spare parts
• Comply with company standards

Toolmaker job requirements

• Previous experience in a toolmaker role preferably completed by a recognised apprenticeship
• Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of lean manufacturing
• Quality focused working to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
