You will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based psychological interventions for individuals with complex needs. The ideal candidate holds a Doctorate in applied psychology with HCPC registration. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure service users are fully engaged in their care pathway and receive high-quality, person-centred treatment. This is an opportunity to contribute to innovative therapeutic approaches and service development while supporting people on their journey to recovery.
In this role, you will provide psychological assessments using a range of tools and techniques, integrating complex data to formulate tailored treatment plans. You will implement individual and group interventions, adjusting and refining formulations to meet patient needs. Alongside direct clinical work, you will contribute to service improvement initiatives, research and audits, ensuring our practices remain aligned with best practice and clinical governance standards. You will also support staff development through training programmes and provide supervision to Assistant Psychologists, helping to build a strong and skilled team.

You will be working at Badby Park, a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.
You will work alongside the multidisciplinary and clinical teams to deliver truly person-centred services where each individual is at the heart of everything. The service has extensive facilities to cater for specific needs for people over 18 years old, who have complex neurological care and rehabilitation requirements.
