• Background in partnerships with modelling/DS teams.
• Track record of building credit policies with measurable results.

• Own and refine the credit strategy for EWA or BNPL.
• Drive decisions influencing P&L outcomes and customer experience.
• Partner with senior leadership on high-stakes decisions.
