A charity focusing on digital inclusion is seeking a Digital Skills Volunteer in Great Yarmouth. We are launching an exciting new digital inclusion project aimed at supporting vision impaired people to use digital technology both safely and independently.
Vision Norfolk supports local people with sight loss to live independent and fulfilled lives.
In this role you will have a chance to make a real difference to the lives of vision impaired people and improve their access to the technology that many of us take for granted.
As a fully trained Digital Skills Volunteer, you will be able to show vision-impaired learners how to use predominantly smartphones and tablets in either a group or 1:1 setting.

We are looking for enthusiastic and empathic people who have a keen interest in using technology, particularly smartphone and tablets, and who have a willingness to learn about how various technologies can be used to support people with sight loss.
We will provide you with the training that you need to undertake your role with confidence.
