• Experience in IBP, S&O or forecasting within CPG, consumer durables or retail.
• Leadership across complex European markets, including the UK, France, and Germany.
• Comfort in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial planning across UKI, France, and Germany.
• Act as the point of accountability for forecast quality.
• Create alignment across Sales, Finance, SS&A, and Operations.
