Qualifications

• Accounting background preferred (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Experience in financial due diligence or transaction services is highly desirable.
• Strong financial analysis and Excel skills.

Pearse Professionals are excited to be working with a leading Private Equity backed business currently seeking a Corporate Development Associate / Analyst to join their team.

After continued growth through acquisition and organic growth, this business are now on a highly ambitious buy and build journey to become a true market leader in their space.

Role & Responsibilities

• Build detailed financial data books to assess prospective acquisition targets and determine maintainable EBITDA
• Assist in the preparation of board papers and acquisition approval materials
• Interact directly with target acquisitions to gather financial and non financial information
• Support financial due diligence and liaise with external advisers
• Assist on deal execution through to completion and post acquisition integration

Candidate Profile

• Accounting background preferred (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Financial due diligence or transaction services experience highly desirable
• Strong financial analysis and Excel skills
• Interest in developing into a deal lead within a PE-backed environment
