Qualifications

• Accounting background preferred (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Experience in financial due diligence or transaction services is highly desirable.
• Strong financial analysis and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed financial data books to assess prospective acquisition targets.
• Assist in the preparation of board papers and acquisition approval materials.
• Interact directly with target acquisitions to gather financial information.
• Support financial due diligence and liaise with external advisers.
• Assist on deal execution through to completion.
