Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of holiday camps and group coaching sessions
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the coaching team, providing guidance and support to assistant coaches
• Deliver high-quality coaching sessions for juniors and adults, aligned with LTA progressions and best practice
• Take responsibility for programme organisation, session administration, and equipment management
• Promote participation in tennis and actively contribute to the growth and development of club programmes
• Act as the main coaching point of contact, reporting to and working closely with the Club Committee

Arbroath Lawn Tennis Club is a welcoming and progressive community club committed to developing tennis participation across all ages and abilities. With a strong junior pathway and an expanding adult programme, the club prides itself on delivering high-quality coaching in a positive, inclusive environment. We have 3 all weather, flood lit courts and a reasonably sized club house. We have circa 150 members including adults and children

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Acting Lead Tennis Coach to oversee and deliver our coaching programmes. This leadership role offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified coach to step into a senior position, gain valuable leadership experience, and play a key role in growing and shaping the club’s coaching provision.
