We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated PET CT Radiographer/Technologist to join our teams atFreeman Hospital PET-CT Centre andSouth Tees PET-CT Centre,
The successful candidate will have either HCPC or an equivalent voluntary registration, you should have a background in Nuclear Medicine, preferably with experience of PET-CT, and be experienced in handling and dispensing radiopharmaceuticals. A high level of competency in cannulation is preferable.
A candidate with significant experience working as a Radiographer will also be considered as training in PET-CT can be provided.
You should have a patient-focused attitude to ensure patient care is delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. We are looking for a flexible, adaptable team player who has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
This role can be vase out of either the Freeman Hospital PET-CT Centre or South Tees PET-CT Centre, it will also include working across other sites in the region, as such there is a need for having your own transportation.

You will undertake a competency programme in PET-CT to develop your knowledge and help you gain a full understanding of PET-CT.
Training will be delivered "On the Job" and in collaboration with the Christie School of Oncology via the PET-CT training academy.
You will also be required to IV cannulate patients as part of the role. Rest assured, should you not have any prior experience in IV cannulation,
Alliance Medical will provide full training.
This role will include working across other sites in the region, as such there is a need for having your own transportation.
