We are an established Audio Visual Hire, Live Events and Staging Company based in Central London, and have been trading for over 20 years. We are a fantastic company to work for and are now looking to expand our team and continue to grow and develop our business. We strive to offer excellent customer service to all of our clients.

Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help achieve company growth targets. The right candidate should be ambitious and be able to use own initiative to seek opportunities. This is an office-based role located in Southwark, London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop our outbound lead generation and communicate our value proposition to the market.
  • Make a high number of daily calls to build pipeline, advance and close sales.
  • Generate interest and qualify leads that turn into active opportunities.
  • Gather data and react quickly to buying signals.
  • Develop and execute on marketing plans through detailed research, implementation of organisation mapping, and personalised content creation.
  • Attend trade shows and partner events to approach potential prospects.
About You

Your background will show a track record of success in a similar role ideally with some experience within the Audio Visual Hire & Live Events industry.

A drive for results, your hunter mentality means you will strive to exceed targets set by the business.

Tenacity and dogged determination – the ability to keep going in the face of rejection. Self‑motivation to conduct every task with urgency.

Excellent oral communication and verbal reasoning skills – an ability to build rapport quickly, ask insightful questions, great listening skills, the ability to handle and deflect objections.
