Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician to City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition.
• Previous experience working within Facilities Management would be ideal.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Undertake PPM and reactive works to meet customer expectations.
• Complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks.
• Provide callout response for the client according to the callout rota.
• Monitor contractors and their workmanship on behalf of the client.
• Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing of equipment.
• Comply with Health & Safety legislation and OCS policy.
