A leading construction and development company in Watford seeks a Group Finance Manager (Accounting) to ensure accurate financial recording. Key responsibilities include managing finance processes, enhancing team performance, and driving improvements in accounting systems. Candidates should have strong technical accounting skills, a professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA), and ERP experience, preferably with Oracle Fusion. We are currently looking for a Group Finance Manager (Accounting) who will ensure the finance team are focused on the accurate, standardised, cost effective and efficient recording of accounting entries and adjustments in Oracle Fusion. Ensuring full compliance with company accounting policies and focusing on a continuous improvement of team processes.
