Air Hygiene Operations Manager

Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity in the Air Hygiene industry?

We are seeking an experienced Air Hygiene Operations Manager to join our growing Air Division. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing engineering teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard, and supporting the commercial team with quotations and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will already be working in an Air Hygiene or related operations environment and will have proven experience managing field-based engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

As Air Hygiene Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Day-to-day management of engineers, including:
• Training and competency assessments
• Performance management and appraisals
• Stock and equipment management
• Ensuring works are completed efficiently, safely and in line with quality standards
• Reviewing and quality-checking engineer reports and documentation
• Managing and resolving client and operational escalations
• Responding to client requests in a timely and professional manner
• Monitoring invoicing and operational performance against budget
• Supporting the commercial team with site visits and quotations for remedial works
• Delivering toolbox talks and driving a strong health & safety culture
• Reporting on labour availability, utilisation and resource planning

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience managing field-based engineering teams
• Previous experience in Air Hygiene is essential
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills
• Confident in dealing with clients and internal stakeholders
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership
• Strong IT skills and confidence using reporting and management systems
