This role requires strong leadership skills, knowledge of preconstruction and project delivery processes, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Qualifications

• Demonstrable building services experience in the regulated sector delivering projects on nuclear sites.
• Ability to gain Security Clearance.
• Experience from an Apprentice/Graduate programme in Engineering.

• Lead project delivery from precon/design stages through to execution.
• Manage project risks and opportunities effectively.
• Provide leadership and direction for the project team.
• Conduct contract reviews and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
