A Junior Sales Executive is an entry-level professional responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting senior staff in closing deals. They typically engage in cold calling, relationship building, product presentations, and meeting sales KPIs. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a desire to learn sales techniques.
In return, you can expect to be given considerable responsibility for implementation and work closely with a small leadership team where your efforts and success will be noticed.
