Working as Board Secretariat Manager you will provide senior-level governance, strategic and operational support to the Board and Senior Management Team of the Utility Regulator.
The role leads the Board Secretariat function, ensuring high‑quality governance advice, robust compliance with statutory obligations and the effective operation of all Board and Committee processes.
The postholder manages Board business, prepares and co-ordinatesBoard meeting packs and briefing materials, oversees Freedom ofInformation responsibilities and ensures strong information management and data protection practices.
The role also involves executive support to the Chief Executive and Chair, together with leading the Secretariat Team to deliver a high‑performing, values‑driven service. The postholder plays a central role in corporate planning and ensuring a culture of professionalism, transparency and continuous improvement across the organisation.
