Qualifications

• 5+ years overall experience, 3 years as a Network Engineer in large scale network.
• Experience in executive level presentations.
• Experience with network designs in Greenfield and Brownfield deployments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate network enhancements and deployment efforts.
• Develop migration plans and document procedures.
• Install network and security equipment as per designs.
• Liaise between stakeholders and UMG IT.
• Review solutions and ensure compliance with ITIL standards.

Skills

Cisco CCNP or greater in Route/Switch

In-depth knowledge of BGP and OSPF

Network security experience with IPSEC, VPN, and SSL VPN

Proficiency in Wireless technologies

Experience with Cisco Nexus platform

Proficiency in advanced Firewall configuration

Ability to create migration plans

Solid written and oral communication skills

Ability to mentor junior engineers

Cisco Data Center Technologies (N7K, N9K, N2k)

Firewall (Palo Alto preferred)

SDWAN (Cisco SDWAN/Viptela preferred)
