Responsibilities

  • Drive optimization of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity.
  • Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly L3 Operations meetings.
  • Work with Site Leadership to create Policy Deployment frameworks.
  • Manage the site DBS leadership process and address operational roadblocks.
  • Identify optimization work packages for continual improvements.
