We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the full life cycle of subcontractor management — from onboarding through to off‑boarding — ensuring compliance, reducing commercial risk, and supporting the successful delivery of projects across the business.

What you’ll do

• Manage contracts end to end, ensuring obligations are met and risks are mitigated.
• Advise operational teams on contract terms, compliance, and commercial impacts.
• Oversee subcontractor onboarding, performance, screening, and issue resolution.
• Produce commercial reports and analyse data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

• Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experienced in subcontractor management within telecoms, civils, or utilities.
• Familiar with NEC4 or similar contract frameworks.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
