• Conveyancing experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with a caseload of Probate and Estate Administration matters.
• Draft Wills and advise clients on estate planning.
• Prepare and process Enduring Powers of Attorney.
• Handle Residential Conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Liaise with clients and third parties effectively.
• Draft legal documentation with high accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain professional standards.
