Overview

New/Used Motorcycle Sales Manager required at Chester Road Motorcycles, Shotton. A basic salary with the potential earnings of up to £45,000. Opportunity to work with a long-established group and a stable brand in the UK.

Based at our dealership in Shotton, the Sales Manager reports to the Dealer Principal and leads the sales team, finance, finance-related products and automotive warranties with the aim of reaching and exceeding the dealership's targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the dealership's sales team, finance activities and warranties to achieve targets.
• Resolve queries from the sales team regarding warranty and service arrangements.
• Introduce customers to the Service Department where possible and demonstrate motorcycle features; provide additional required support.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey from sale to aftercare.

Qualifications & Experience

• Ideally lives locally or can easily commute to Shotton.
• Prior or current experience in motorcycle sales management is highly advantageous.
• Positive attitude, drive, energy and commitment to pursue every sales opportunity.
• UK driving licence with minimal points is essential.
• Experience: Sales 1 year (required).
• Car licence (required).

• Starting basic salary pending experience.
• Uncapped on-target earnings up to £45,000 per annum, subject to sales performance.
• 22 days annual holidays plus bank holidays (bank holidays worked earn a day off in lieu).

• Opening hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm; Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm; Sunday 11:00am – 4:00pm. One in three weekends off with a set weekday off.
