Project Manager – Salesforce Implementation

Own end-to-end delivery of a Salesforce CRM implementation, accountable for scope, plan, cost, quality, and outcomes. Acts as the single delivery authority across internal teams, suppliers, and partners, providing firm leadership to protect timelines, and manage risk

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Salesforce delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
• Manage interdependencies across business, technical, and supplier workstreams
• Hold systems integrators and suppliers accountable for quality, timelines, and contracts
• Own scope control and change management
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
• Navigating complex stakeholder environments and drive timely decisions
• Ensure delivery operates within governance, assurance, and escalation frameworks
• Provide clear PMO-aligned status and exception reporting
• Managed Salesforce delivery plan and aligned supplier plans
• RAID, dependency, and mitigation artefacts
• Status, change, and go-live readiness reporting

Experience

• Strong supplier and multi-vendor management
• Experience in regulated or highly governed environments
