• Experience of working directly with farmers and/or landowners, in a professional capacity.
• Ability to balance quality, time and cost under site-level pressures.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day planning and execution of delivery activities.
• Accurate planning and tracking of budgets against agreed spend profiles.
• Management of on-site progress, quality and issue resolution.

Skills

Practical delivery experience in land-based, construction, infrastructure or habitat delivery environments

Experience managing contractors and on-site works

Strong interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders

Self-motivated and excellent time management skills

Practical problem-solving in live delivery environments

Education

Health and Safety qualification e.g. NEBOSH/IOSH
