Job summary

A company seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO with various tasks. The role involves maintaining schedules, managing communications, and organizing travel arrangements. Ideal candidates will have a degree in business management or relevant experience, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. This is a part-time position offering $14.00 – $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Degree in business management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience as an executive assistant is preferred.
  • Proficiency in databases, Microsoft Outlook, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain executive schedules.
  • Manage information flow in a timely manner.
  • Make travel arrangements for business trips.
  • Run errands for the manager.
  • Keep up with expenses and produce reports.
  • Respond to communications for the manager.

ABOUT JOB

Our company seeks an Executive Personal Assistant to help our CEO with various tasks.

Our ideal candidate has a degree in business management, but we are willing to accept experience in place of education.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain executive schedules
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Make travel arrangements for business trips
  • Run errands for the manager
  • Keep up with expenses and produce regular reports
  • Respond to phone calls and emails for the manager
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management
  • Executive assistant experience
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with databases, Microsoft Outlook, and calendaring software
  • Excellent English, writing and speaking
  • Discretion and confidentiality
Required:
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred (but not required):
  • QuickBooks (Accounting)
  • Power BI (Data analysis & visualization)
  • CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $20.00 per hour
