About the role
We are seeking a Paid Media Senior Executive to help grow and optimise our paid media accounts. This role is perfect for somebody that has good experience with Paid Search and wants to join an environment that will accelerate your growth and experience, working in an experienced and dynamic team. You will be responsible for daily execution of paid media campaigns, ensuring profitable results and growth. This is a highly visible role with significant impact on a large‑scale digital media account.
What you'll be doing
- Executing paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Meta on nationally recognised brands with autonomy and ownership of performance
- Approaching day‑to‑day and week‑to‑week performance with a commercial‑driven mindset; this means delivering data & profitability analyses and improving campaign performance to meet aggressive P/L goals
- Performing and monitoring A:B tests with various digital platforms to ensure continuous optimisation of your paid search accounts
- On the forefront of testing into Google, Microsoft & Meta’s new Search AI technology; our teams have been nationally recognised for being on the forefront of testing in this area and you will help continue to drive this initiative forward
- Owning strategy, execution and success of paid media campaigns – you won’t just talk about your dreams of brilliantly built campaigns, you will execute on them
- Manage the execution of creative cycles, ensuring that they reflect and build on the strength of our Uswitch brand, while resonating with consumers in a way that drives overall performance
- Work with data engineering teams to own integrations into the different platforms to drive overall performance
- Collaborate with teammates across marketing and product / commercial to come up with cohesive customer journeys and hit strategic objectives
- Communicating vertical performance & strategic initiatives to senior leadership
- Collaborate with our central data team to develop bespoke 1P audience campaigns that enable Uswitch to meet the right user at the right time with the right message.
What we're looking for
- Strong hands‑on experience working on a scaled paid search accounts
- An analytical approach with the ability to use data to build strategies, evaluate success, and monitor performance
- Demonstrated success in developing, launching, and scaling campaigns to optimise performance in a fast paced environment
- Ability to deliver on key responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy
- An experienced user of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta
- Experience working with Spreadsheets, Tableau, Dashboards, BigQuery, or SQL
- Knowledge of the latest paid search industry trends.
