Octopus Energy has exciting opportunities to join our field sales team as a Venues Sales Representative. We’re changing the landscape of traditional field sales and marketing, re‑inventing customer interactions and focusing on making energy greener for everyone.

What you’ll do
  • Engage directly with customers on a face‑to‑face basis to promote our energy tariffs and low‑carbon technologies, such as solar panels, heat pumps and electric vehicles.
  • Help local communities understand Octopus Energy by comparing services and products with other energy companies, aiding customers in deciding whether to switch.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in every conversation.
What you’ll need
  • No sales experience required – we’ll train you. You should love engaging customers, be confident, and enjoy delivering excellent service.
  • High energy and the ability to communicate confidently with potential customers.
  • Experience in a customer‑centric setting where you found quick and effective solutions.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with your team to influence and inspire.
  • Clear communicator with a focus on listening and attention to detail.
  • Honest, focused, and committed to delivering the highest levels of customer service.
  • A driving licence to travel to all venues across the locations.
