Content Executive - Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Our Content Team shape the hotel and destination content our customers rely on when choosing their holiday.

As a Content Executive, you’ll create and source hotel descriptions, facilities information, and images that bring each property to life and give customers clear, useful content that helps them decide with confidence.

You’ll research hotels and destinations, check facts, and make sure every detail is accurate. When information changes, you’ll update existing content so it stays current. Using our CMS, Sitecore, you’ll upload and optimise content across the site. You’ll manage the Dynamic Inventory rooms process from start to finish, collecting facilities information and making sure everything is correctly reflected online.

You’ll work closely with Product, Digital, and Customer teams to make sure what we publish aligns with digital design requirements and supports the wider customer experience. You’ll also play an active role in the content approval process to maintain quality across the site.

You’ll support high-priority and ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders, planning your work clearly and delivering on time. You’ll also contribute to web promotions and marketing activity, helping ensure our content supports campaigns and drives conversion.

This role sits within the Commercial team at easyJet holidays and offers a strong foundation if you’re looking to build your career in travel.

What you’ll bring to the team

We’re looking for somebody who is able to write clearly and confidently, and is comfortable communicating both in writing and in conversation.

You’ll need to have great attention to detail skills and be able to notice small errors, question inconsistencies, and take pride in getting things right first time.

You’ll have used content management systems before, and you’re confident navigating digital tools. Experience with Sitecore would help, but what matters most is that you’re comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly.

You’ll be able to research, find reliable information, check facts, and turn what you find into clear, useful content.

You’re comfortable collaborating with different teams and external partners, and you communicate clearly to keep things moving. You are able to work to deadlines and manage your own time, and you approach new systems, processes or ways of working with curiosity and a willingness to improve.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
