Job description

Job Description - Graduate Development Programme (16666)

Graduate Development Programme ( 16666 )

At easyJet holidays, we’re proud to offer ‘Destinations’, our two-year Graduate Development Programme, designed to give you responsibility, impact, and professional development within the travel industry.

‘Destinations’ is a unique opportunity to work on live business priorities and strategic projects that drive our business forwards, gaining hands‑on experience across Customer, Commercial, Digital and Operations.

The programme includes a minimum of three destinations (rotations). In each destination, you’ll step into a fully accountable role, working as a core member of the team and contributing to day‑to‑day delivery. You’ll be expected to perform to the same professional standards as non‑graduate colleagues, while building a broad and practical understanding of how we deliver brilliant holidays for our customers.

On successful completion of the programme, you’ll be well‑placed to progress into a permanent role and build a long‑term career with us.

Alongside your role responsibilities, you’ll take part in formal and informal learning sessions to build your technical knowledge and leadership capability. You’ll be expected to apply what you learn, creating solutions that contribute directly to strategic plans and initiatives as we work towards becoming Europe’s most loved holiday company.

What you’ll bring to the team
  • Ambition to become future travel industry leaders, motivated by delivery, ownership and impact.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of building relationships across teams and with a range of stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and committed to delivering high quality work on time, within scope and on budget.
  • Collaborative mindset, actively supporting team members and contributing to improvements in efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Comfortable identifying areas for improvement, implementing meaningful change and measuring the impact of your work.
  • Ability to process information from multiple projects and make informed decisions, sometimes under pressure, to ensure successful outcomes.
  • High learning agility, quickly adapting and responding to new challenges, eager to learn through responsibility and accountability.

You must have graduated in 2025 or be due to graduate in 2026, and ideally you’ll have (or be predicted) a 2:1 degree. Some destinations will involve shift work, offering authentic exposure to our operational environment and the opportunity to work closely with our frontline teams, so ability to work shifts is essential.

Our application process
  • Stage 1: Submit your CV and initial application.
  • Stage 2: You’ll be invited to complete our task‑based assessment and a video submission.
  • Stage 3: Successful candidates will progress to a 1:1 interview (via Microsoft Teams) with one of our business leaders (WC 16 and 23 March 2026).
  • Stage 4: Successful candidates will be invited to attend an in‑person assessment centre at the easyJet holidays HQ in Luton (WC 13 April 2026).
  • Start: September 2026
  • The deadline for applications is 23:59 on 18 February 2026.

GenAI tools are transforming how we approach countless tasks at work, and at easyJet holidays we are embracing these tools, not banning them (we’ve even developed our own in‑house tool, “Orange AI”). However, a job application is a two‑way opportunity to get to know each other better – so while we want to embrace GenAI, we also want to ensure we see the real you throughout the process.

If you choose to use GenAI, we recommend only using it as a helpful tool – whether for brainstorming, organising your thoughts, or calming your interview nerves. Don’t let it shadow your unique experiences or personal stories, nor should it be used to complete assessments that are designed to evaluate your personality or abilities.

What’s in it for you

In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all‑inclusive benefits package including a company‑wide bonus scheme, a 5% pension contribution, share options, life assurance and a range of flexible benefits. You’ll also receive heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers, and a generous annual leave entitlement.

At easyJet holidays, we create unforgettable experiences for our customers and the same for our people. We’re committed to supporting our team with development opportunities and a welcoming atmosphere.

The role is full‑time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office (some rotations may require you to be onsite fulltime, or overseas for periods of time).
