Overview

This is a great opportunity for an experienced technical professional to step into a hands-on leadership role with a growing food manufacturer. If you're passionate about food safety, compliance, and being a part of something big, this could be the next step for you.

About You

• As the Technical Manager, you will have worked in a food manufacturing environment in a technical or quality leadership role.
• You know BRCGS and HACCP inside out, and you\'re confident managing audits and ensuring compliance.
• You’re a natural team leader — approachable, decisive, and used to working cross-functionally.
• You can handle customer and third-party audits and know how to dig into issues and put them right.
• You hold relevant qualifications in food safety and quality (e.g. HACCP L3+, Food Safety, Food Science degree).

What will you be doing?

• Leading the technical and quality standards on site — making sure everything meets standards and runs smoothly
• Getting the site ready for audits and taking the lead when they happen
• The Technical Manager will be supporting, developing, and motivating a small QA team
• Investigating complaints and non-conformances and driving action to improve
• Working closely with production, NPD, and commercial teams to maintain high standards across the board
