A leading waste management company is seeking a dynamic Financial Controller to oversee finance operations across multiple divisions. This role involves leading the month-end close, enhancing financial controls, and managing a high-performing finance team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong financial control experience and advanced systems capability. We are seeking a dynamic, hands‑on Financial Controller to lead and strengthen our finance operations across 9 divisions and 6 group companies. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will take full ownership of the month‑end close, deliver clear and insightful management reporting, enhance financial controls, and play a key role in developing and mentoring a high‑performing finance team.
This is a broad, influential role suited to a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys combining strategic oversight with operational involvement, and would relish making a valuable contribution to continued growth and development across our Group.
