Job description

We are seeking two warm, compassionate, and proactive people to take a lead in providing person-centered care and support to our service users. The service has capacity for 60 residents in Harrow, a rich and culturally diverse area. You will also support the Extra Care Registered Manager in ensuring an empowering service that meets the needs of our clients and collaborates with service users’ families and friends to promote a positive atmosphere.

You must be flexible, energetic, and reliable.

Role Responsibilities

1. Providing support with personal care and domestic tasks.
2. Supporting individuals to access work, education, and social opportunities.
3. Contributing personal skills and interests, such as sports, outdoor pursuits, creative arts, music, and cooking, to enhance the lives of those supported.
4. Working in a flexible manner, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Requirements

• Previous practitioner experience working with vulnerable adults is essential.
• A gumption and a can-do attitude are highly valued.
