Qualifications

  • End-to-end HR experience in a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire employee journey from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy.
  • Support performance and employee relations across teams.

Skills

Strong end-to-end HR generalist experience
Excellent stakeholder management skills
People-centred, customer-first mindset
Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding
Experience administering payroll and employee benefits
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence with HR systems and people data
Interest in AI and automation in HR
Proactive, forward-thinking approach
Experience with development programmes
Knowledge of US, German and Irish employment law
