Qualifications

• Work with people with Learning Disabilities and Autism, families, and advocates.
• Experience with care technology or related technology.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing and delivering the Pathfinder project.
• Review existing care plans and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage communication with staff, service users, and families.
• Liaise with services to enhance learning around care technology.
• Identify lessons learnt for future projects.
